I have a CleverOrcaVT package. How can I access the new platform?
Once the new platform goes live on Feb 26th you'll receive an email containing a link to set a password and access your courses on the new website and the app.
I tried using my old platform logins for the app and new website, but it's not working. What's the issue?
To access your courses, all you need to do is to set a new password. Just follow the instructions we sent you by email on Feb 26th. If you can't find that email or encounter any issues, simply click on Sign In > Forgot Your Password to receive a password reset email.
I don't have any CleverOrcaVT package yet. How can I access the new platform?
When our new platform goes live on Feb 26th that's your green light to jump in and sign up for any of our new and supercharged review packages.

Do I have to pay for access to the new platform?
No, you don't have to pay anything if you're a current member. Good news! If you had the Success Package you will receive a FREE upgrade to the VIP Package and the new perks:

Should I stick with the legacy platform or switch to the new one?

What happens to my progress and courses in the legacy (old) platform?

It's important to note that any courses you have in progress on the legacy platform won't be automatically transferred to the new platform. You will have access to the legacy platform until April 30, 2024. During this time, you can choose to use both platforms if you wish.

Will the new platform show my progress from the legacy platform?
Unfortunately, your progress from the legacy platform won't transfer to the new one. Consider the new platform as a fresh start. The questions, format, and overall experience have all been improved. Your progress will only be tracked on the new platform from this point forward.

I want to return to the old platform to check my progress. What should I do?
No problem at all! Just click here https://www.legacy.cleverorcavt.com and log in using the same email and password you were using before. Everything remains the same; only the link to access has changed.
What if I had a free trial with CleverOrcaVT before?
No worries! You can do the free trial again on our new platform. It has different content, and we think you'll enjoy it! Get the new Free Trial.
Why did we create a new site and upgraded our content?
We decided to create a new website and upgrade our content to make your experience with us even better! And with the new app, we think your experience is going to be top-notch. We wanted to make sure the app syncs perfectly with the website, so any progress you make on one will be reflected on the other seamlessly. It's all about keeping things smooth and convenient for you!
How do I access the mobile app?
If you already have any of our courses (Success Package, mock exams, or free trial), simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your email address and password. Please note: before signing in to the app, you must create a new password using the link we sent you via email.
